"This is a massive club and there are good players everywhere," says summer arrival
James Norwood is impressed with the squad depth at Town and emphasised that everyone will be needed if Blues are to achieve their aim of promotion from League One this term.
Twenty players have played a part for Paul Lambert's side five games into the league campaign, while there are still a number of senior members sidelined through injury including the likes of Jon Nolan and Toto Nsiala.
"This is a massive club and there are good players everywhere," the striker, who has netted four goals for Blues this term, told iFollow Ipswich.
"There are some lads who didn't make the 18-man squad on Saturday against Bolton but we know that they're more than capable to come in and play when needed.
"Plenty of players have made appearances for us this season and we are going to need every single one of them if we are to achieve something this year.
"We're sat at the top of the table and we don't want to come away now."
