“We are still looking to see what can be done,” says boss

Paul Lambert says Town are still on the look out to add to the squad.

Kane Vincent-Young is having a medical at the training ground today ahead of a proposed move from Colchester, although the deal is unlikely to be confirmed until after the weekend.

If the move goes ahead, the 23-year-old will add to Town’s defensive options, with Paul saying the search continues for further new recruits.

“We are still looking to see what can be done,” Blues’ boss told iFollow Ipswich.

“There are so many games this season. We are playing every midweek so we need to be strong in all areas.”

Town added that Toto Nsiala is still two or three weeks off a return after sustaining a hamstring injury on the pre-season trip to Germany.

“Toto is out running now but he’s still a few weeks away. He will be a big plus for us when he’s back,” said Paul.
