A reminder of the new arrangements at Portman Road this season

Supporters are reminded that there are no cash turnstiles for home fans at Portman Road for the 2019/20 campaign.


Buying pre-matchday  
Tickets can be purchased prior to matchday on If purchasing before midnight on the Wednesday before a Saturday match, supporters have the option for tickets to be posted out or emailed to be printed at home. If purchasing after midnight for a Saturday match, the only fulfilment option is ‘print at home’.  Your tickets will be emailed to the registered email address for you to print for use on the turnstile. Please note the postal option is removed at 3pm on the Friday before a Tuesday night match to allow time for postage.

Matchday ticket office
To purchase tickets on a matchday, please go to the Ticket Office on Constantine Road. It’s open from 9am until kick-off on matchday. Please arrive early to avoid queues before kick-off. Ticket Office telephone lines are open from 9am-12pm on a matchday Saturday at 03330 05 05 03. Planet Blue will continue to sell tickets midweek and until 6.15pm for an evening match but not on a Saturday matchday.

If you wish to upgrade your ticket (i.e change a concession to an adult) you can do this over the phone Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or on matchday 9am-12pm, 03330 05 05 03.  The ticket will be posted if time, otherwise it will be left for collection on matchday.

Lost or forgotten season tickets
If you have arrived at the ground without your season ticket you can arrange a reprint at the Ticket Office on Constantine Road. You will need to be able to provide personal details relating to the season ticket.

Moving seat 
You are not able to request a seat move on matchday.  If you wish to move your season ticket seat to purchase additional tickets for friends and family you can do this over the phone or in the Club shop prior to matchday.
