“I can’t wait to keep going now and get back into the games,” says Ben
Ben Morris is already looking ahead to the next stage of his rehabilitation after playing his first 60 minutes of football in 10 months.
Alongside Freddie Sears and Grant Ward, who also suffered cruciate ligament injuries, Ben made his return to the pitch as Town U23’s were defeated by Millwall earlier this week.
He told iFollow Ipswich: “It was really good to get back out playing. It’s been a long 10 months. I can’t wait to keep going now and get back into the games.
“We are all pushing on and are all at similar stages. It was good to get some more minutes under our belts. We’ve got another game next Monday so hopefully I’ll be able to play a bit longer than 60 minutes.”
