"It’s another one ticked off. Let's move on to the next one," says Freddie.
Freddie Sears says he is ‘feeling good’ after featuring in Town U23s' 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Playford Road.
Having played 45 minutes for the Young Blues at Millwall last week, Freddie continued to step up his recovery by completing just over an hour against the Eagles yesterday afternoon.
Freddie told the Club website: "I’m feeling good. I’ve been training for three months now. It’s about getting the final touches. I’m ready to go, ready for action.
"It’s another one ticked off. It’s about building back up, 45 minutes last week, 60 this week. I’m just glad I got the 60 and let’s move on to the next one now."
Ben Morris, who also featured for the first time since February at the Den last Monday, played the full 90 minutes as he too continued to make positive steps in his recovery from an ACL injury.
