He was a game-changer for us says 'keeper as Martyn returns to Portman Road
Bartosz Bialkowski has warned of the threat that Martyn Waghorn carries when Town take on Derby tonight.
The two were team-mates at Portman Road last season, with Waghorn finishing as the Club’s top scorer with 16 goals before moving to Pride Park in August.
“He is someone that can produce something out of nothing and he has a great left foot which is so dangerous at set-pieces. He scored some goals direct from them and we scored some from his deliveries so he had a really strong season.
“He wanted a new challenge, though, which is fair enough and it’s good to see him doing well because he is a great guy.
“He was a good character to have in the dressing-room too, always smiling and helping others - he is a top professional.”
