COLLIN | AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOMETHING GREAT

8 January 2019

Quaner excited to be a Blue and can't wait to get going

New Blue Collin Quaner sees the challenge of keeping Town in the Championship as an "opportunity to do something great."

The 27-year-old forward, who is the third signing for Paul Lambert this transfer window following the arrivals of Callum Elder and Will Keane, signed on loan from Huddersfield until the end of the season and could play a part when Rotherham United visit Portman Road on Saturday.

"I'm looking forward to my time here and I'm excited," Collin told iFollow Ipswich.

"This time of the season is always busy in football but it's been a really busy couple of days for me and I'm glad the move is finalised and I can fully focus now.

"I will do my absolute best for the Club and given the situation I think this is an opportunity for us as a team to do something great.

"I've never played at Portman Road before and I can't wait to get going."
