Club take up option to keep Academy graduate at Portman Road
Town have taken up the option to extend Myles Kenlock’s contract by another year.
The 22-year-old defender’s current deal was up at the end of the season but Blues have activated the extension that will keep him at Portman Road until the summer of 2020.
Myles, who progressed through the Academy after arriving at the Club at 16, has made 53 appearances for Blues having forced his way into the side for an extended run lately.
“It was a frustrating start to the season with having not played any football and then picking up an injury but as the season has gone on I’ve got back to full fitness and have got some game time,” the defender told the Club website.
“Now it’s about doing all I can for the team to get as many points as possible.”
