Keane progressing well and eyes return at Bolton
Will Keane says he is hoping to return to full training next week and be available for the trip to Bolton.
The striker was forced off with a hamstring injury during the draw at Wigan at the end of February but is progressing well.
“I’m back outside now and if all goes well, I’ll be back training with the lads next week,” the striker, who is on loan at Town from Hull, told the Club website.
“My rehab has been going to plan. I’ve not had any setbacks and I hope it stays that way.
“My aim was always to get back for the game after Hull. I’m not sure if I will be ready to start but hopefully I will be fit enough to be available for selection.”
Blues take on the Tigers at Portman Road this weekend with Will unable to feature in that game anyway under the terms of his loan.
