Kits for 2019/20 revealed with pre-order available from 10am today

The Club have today revealed the brand new adidas kits for Town’s 2019/20 season - and it’s already gone down well at Portman Road.

Blues boss Paul Lambert attended the photoshoot, with skipper Luke Chambers, Jack Lankester and Andre Dozzell among a number of players who modelled the new look as well as Amanda Crump and Charlotte Kellett of the ITFC Women's team.

“We’re really pleased with all the kits and training range for 2019/20,” Town’s director of retail operations, Lee Hyde, told the Club website.

“The manager popped in to have a look at the photoshoot and liked the new look and it’s received a great reaction from the players as well.”

Home kit: Keeping to traditional colours, Town’s classic blue shirt is brought to life with a subtle chevron effect on the front panel. Pops of white detailing on the round collar, sleeves and the famous three stripes of adidas contrast well, giving this kit a modern classic look. The home shirt is finished proudly with the Club’s crest and a new monochrome sponsor logo execution, courtesy of primary sponsor, Magical Vegas. White shorts, with a return to blue trim detailing, carry the official back of short sponsor partner branding of Nicholas Estates for the second season. Blue socks with white trim complete the look.

Away kit: Reviving an all-time bestseller for the away kit, Town have taken inspiration from the 2015/16 season, but with a few modern twists. The brand new burgundy shirt has a patterned navy stripe execution and a tonal look Club crest, more fitting to the colour of the full kit. Burgundy shorts and socks add a further twist on the previously popular away kit. Once again, a monochrome chest sponsor logo is added to complete the shirt. Town’s away shirt, shorts and sock collection are completed with the striking yellow stripes of adidas, and the iconic adidas badge.

Goalkeeper kits: Injecting some flair into Town’s new goalkeeper kits, both shirts carry a fashion-forward camouflage inspired print; the full home goalkeeper kit in a cool grey with the away in an eye-catching electric solar green. Both kits feature black contrasting trim across the shirt, shorts and socks.

Town’s playing kits will continue to carry the EFL names and numbers, in partnership with the mental health charity, Mind. Town have once again taken up the option to offer this range of charity partner branding to all fans who wish to have their shirts personalised.

Fans wishing to add a custom name or number to their shirt can do so when pre-ordering. However, as in previous seasons, the Club will not process any orders at this stage for player name and number shirts until the official release of the 2019/20 squad numbers.

For the first time, the Club have added an additional larger size to the youth range, 15-17 years.

The official playing kits of Ipswich Town will also carry the East Anglian Air Ambulance branding on the back of the shirts, with supporters able to add the charity’s logo to their replica shirts for a nominal fee. All proceeds will go to the EAAA.
