Signing session, open training and much more planned for popular day

The Club’s popular Open Day will take place at Portman Road on Thursday, July 25.

More than 5000 flocked to last season’s event, taking the attendance figure to over 22,000 in the last four years.

Paul Lambert and his first-team squad will take part in a signing session, with the players also training in front of the supporters on the pitch - giving fans a first glimpse of the new look Blues at Portman Road.

As usual, there will be an array of fun activities in the FanZone area for youngsters and the not so young, while food and drink outlets will also be available.

There will be fun football coaching sessions for youngsters and the mascot race, featuring Blues, Crazee and many others, is expected to follow the open training session.

As in all previous years, the Open Day will be free entry. A detailed events programme and timetable will be published nearer the time.
