FA Cup shirts auctioned off for Royal British Legion
Close on £5500 has been raised by the Blue Army for the Royal British Legion with the auction of Town’s shirts used in the FA Cup tie against Lincoln last weekend.
The Club marked Remembrance Day and those lost in conflict with a minute’s silence before the 1-1 draw at Portman Road, then the shirts worn by the squad for the game went under the hammer.
Shirts worn by goalscorer Andre Dozzell, fellow Academy graduate Flynn Downes and striker James Norwood proved the most popular.
The Club would like to thank MatchWorn Shirt for running the auction.
