"I don't care how it looked. The main thing is that it stayed out of the goal”
Tomas Holy says that his late penalty save against Wycombe was based purely on instinct.
The visitors looked set to snatch victory late on after Luke Chambers was judged to have pulled back Dominic Gape, though the incident looked outside the box.
Tomas came to Town’s rescue with a brilliant save from Joe Jacobson, with the ‘keeper telling iFollow Ipswich: “The penalty save was instinct and gambling but I'm so glad because of the boys. They put everything on the pitch.
“If they scored at that time, it would have been so difficult to get back in the game. I'm so glad because of the fans as well. Every game, they are so incredible, they made an absolutely crazy atmosphere.
“It was quite a good save. I don't care how it looked. The main thing is that it stayed out of the goal.”
