Roberts plays an hour but Young Blues beaten
Town U23s fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Bristol City this afternoon.
Jordan Roberts was involved for the Young Blues, and played an hour, but it was the Robins who took the spoils with a goal three minutes before half-time.
Roberts was making his first appearance following a toe injury suffered in a Leasing.com match against Gillingham last month.
Armando Dobra, Idris El Mizouni and Brett McGavin also featured for the hosts.
Tyreece Simpson and Kai Brown both went close for the hosts in the second half, but Gerard Nash and Chris Hogg's side couldn't find an equaliser despite controlling the majority of the ball and having the better chances after the restart.
