Norwood and Vincent-Young all-clear after returning to action
James Norwood and Kane Vincent-Young came through Wednesday’s game against Rotherham with no ill-effects after returning from injury.
Kane played the full 90 minutes after being sidelined with a groin injury for the defeat at Accrington, while James was a second-half substitute in his first game back after surgery in the international break on a groin problem.
Flynn Downes remained on the bench having missed the Accrington game with a hip problem picked up while playing for England U20s.
“Everybody seems okay. We have no new injury worries,” Town boss Paul Lambert told the Club website.
“Nors came through okay and Kane is fine as well. We will see how they are today.
“It’s the same with Flynn. He had an impact injury for England 20s and came off in their game. He is back training and is in contention for the weekend.”
