Blues winger on Doncaster stalemate
Anthony Georgiou thought a draw was the fair result as Town's clash with Doncaster ended goalless at Portman Road.
The 22-year-old winger, who is on loan at Blues from Tottenham Hotspur until January, came on as a second-half substitute and troubled the Rovers defence but Paul Lambert's side were unable to find a breakthrough.
James Norwood twice went close for the hosts while Doncaster had chances of their own, Ben Sheaf going closest as his long-range effort cannoned off the post before it ended all square.
"It's good that we kept the unbeaten run going but we do go into every game wanting to win," Anthony told iFollow Ipswich.
"At home, in front of amazing support, you really want to be picking up maximum points but we were unable to do that today and I think Doncaster deserve some credit.
"They're one of the stronger sides we've faced this season and they kept the ball well. It was difficult to get any momentum in the match and I think they defended well so we'll take the point and move on.
"I think it was a fair result and we're still in a good place near the top of the table. Our attention needs to be on MK Dons on Tuesday because that could be another tough test."
