"We've transformed a losing mentality into a winning habit but we're not getting carried away" says Blues skipper

Luke Chambers thinks the best is yet to come from Blues this term, despite the Club already occupying top spot of the League One table.

Town sit two points above second-placed Coventry City, and are unbeaten this campaign having won six and drawn three of their opening fixtures.

"We can still play better but we're picking up good results and looking fairly comfortable," the Club captain told iFollow Ipswich.

"We're also looking like we can score goals from all over the pitch and that's a massive thing to have going for us.

"I think one of the biggest factors is that we've transformed a losing mentality into a winning habit. We're not getting carried away but we're excited moving forward.

"We have checkpoints and targets in mind and so far it's so good, hopefully we can keep the momentum going against Tranmere this weekend."
