Three home games in eight days to begin 2020/21 campaign

Town's group stage fixtures for the 2020/21 EFL Trophy have now been confirmed, beginning with the visit of Arsenal U21's to Portman Road on Tuesday, 8 September.

Gillingham will also make the journey to Suffolk a month later before Paul Lambert's side travel to Crawley for their final Group B game in November.

Blues' confirmed fixtures means that they will start the 2020/21 season with three home games inside eight days, as Bristol Rovers and Arsenal U21's visit Portman Road in the Carabao Cup and EFL Trophy respectively before the League One campaign begins with a televised clash against Wigan

The EFL Trophy format remains unchanged for this season, culminating in a final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 14 March. 

EFL Trophy fixtures (all kick-off at 7:45pm):

Town vs Arsenal U21 - Tuesday, 8 September. 

Town vs Gillingham - Tuesday, 6 October.

Crawley vs Town - Tuesday, 10 November.
