Portsmouth ballot applicants urged to check their inbox
Season ticket holders that have been successful in the ballot for Saturday’s fixture against Portsmouth will have now been notified via email.
The Club apologises for the delay in this process and thanks supporters for their patience on this matter.
Supporters that have been successful will be able to select their seats from 10am tomorrow [Wednesday] when the seat selection process will begin. Supporters will have until 2pm on Thursday, 10 December to select their seats.
Supporters will have the choice of a print at home/mobile PDF ticket or a traditional postal ticket. The Club advises that supporters use the print at home/mobile ticket method in order to reduce contact time.
Please note, that 2pm on Wednesday, 9 December will be the postal cut-off time. Supporters who miss the postal deadline and have no means of a print at home ticket, will need to contact the ticket office.
If you have been successful, please ensure you follow our step-by-step process below which explains how to select your seat(s). At the bottom of the story, there is also a step-by-step video to help supporters.
It is unlawful to attend a match and mix with anyone outside of your household/support bubble. You should only apply in the ballot for those in your household or support bubble.
THE SEAT SELECTION PROCESS WILL BEGIN AT 10AM ON WEDNESDAY, 9 DECEMBER
Step 1: Please access the Club's ticketing website - https://tickets.itfc.co.uk and sign in using your Supporter ID and password.
Step 2: Once signed in, please click on the 'Home Tickets' tab and then select 'Home Match Tickets'.
Step 3: Please read the Spectator Code of Conduct to ensure you are aware of the latest rules and regulations for supporters attending matches at Portman Road. This can be accessed by selecting the ‘Supporter Code of Conduct’ option.
Once you have read this please click on the ‘Buy’ button highlighted in Red (If signed in successfully and have been successful in the ballot for this match).
Step 4: You will now be shown the Stadium map, which is where you can choose the block you wish to sit in for this match. Areas in red are unavailable for this match, whereas areas in blue are available for selection. Areas in orange are only available for selection by premium seating season ticket holders.
Step 5: You are now required to select the seats you would like to sit in for the game. Upon clicking the seat you would like to sit in. When you are happy with your seat selection, please click on ‘Add to Basket’ to proceed. NB: You will only see the seating options in that block for your ‘Bubble’, so if in the ballot you wanted a bubble of 2 you will only see the sets of 2 seats (as per the screenshot below).
Step 6: Your basket will now appear and you'll need to assign each seat to the relevant person attending. To do this, click on the pencil icon next to the name under 'Owner'.
Step 7: Once you've assigned your tickets, you'll then need to select your delivery option. This is either a 'print at home' option, which means you have the option of a print at home ticket or a mobile PDF ticket, which is compatible on Smartphones. Or if you would like your ticket(s) posted, please select this option. Please note, you will need to have selected your seats by 2pm on Wednesday, 9 December for ticket(s) to be posted. Tickets selected outside of this, will be made available for collection at the ticket office on Constantine Road. Then click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 8: After clicking 'Proceed to Checkout' you'll be redirected to the Supporter Health Questionnaire. This asks attending supporters where they're travelling from, what mode of transport you intend to use and if you've read the Spectators Code of Conduct. You'll need to complete this for each supporter in your group. Click OK to proceed.
Step 9: You'll now be directed to the basket summary screen, where you can have a final check that everything is in order. Please read the terms and conditions before clicking 'Submit'.
Step 10: Once you've clicked submit, you'll be taken through to the confirmation screen. A copy of this will be sent to you via email.

This is a new process for everybody, coupled with a new ticketing system which is only now being fully utilised for the first time.
