Blues back LGBTQ+ inclusivity
The Club will be showing its support for Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign at Saturday's game against Portsmouth.
The campaign aims to 'make sport everyone's game', with the focus on creating LGBTQ+ inclusive environments within football and other sports. Clubs up and down the country are activating around home matches being played up and down the country over a two week period.
Substitution boards, corner flags and captain armbands will be rainbow coloured for our match with Portsmouth at Portman Road on Saturday.
Stonewall's Rainbow Laces campaign has helped enhance positive attitudes towards LGBT people in sport and persuaded allies to play their part.
Town are proud to be active supporters for LGBT+ inclusion within football. Anyone who witnesses or experiences homophobic, biphobic or transphobic behaviour, or any other form of discrimination at a match should report it to a steward or via the Kick It Out app.
