"If we can get back to the form we showed a few weeks back, we will be right up there again"
James Wilson sees Tuesday’s visit to AFC Wimbledon as an opportunity for Town to start another positive run.
Blues started the New Year with a five match unbeaten run in the league, but the weekend defeat at Sunderland was the third in succession and saw Town drop out of the top six for the first time since August.
“We’ve had ups and downs this season. Most of us have experienced that throughout our careers so it’s about keeping a calm head,” James told the Club website.
“The league is so tight and it changes every game so we are not getting carried away with dropping out of the top six at this stage.
“Obviously there are things we need to work on and we will be doing that but we have shown this season that we can put a good run of results together.
“We’ve got the players to do it and if we can get back to the form we showed a few weeks back, we will be right up there again.
“We know we need to start winning games again and get a run going and hopefully we can do that tomorrow.”
