But striker set to return before the end of the season

James Norwood is having surgery on an adductor problem and is expected to be out of action until April.

The striker will have the operation later today having nursed the problem for a while.

James had groin surgery earlier in the season but the adductor injury is not related to that.

"It’s a blow for us and for James," Town boss Paul Lambert told the Club website.

"It has been niggling away at him for a while. He'll be back before the end of the season but it's something we have to get sorted."
