“There is so much to play for, both for me and for the team"
Teddy Bishop is looking to finish the season strongly both personally and team wise.
Blues travel to Blackpool at the weekend three points outside the Play-Off places and nine adrift of the top two, with 11 games to play.
The 23-year-old is included in the squad and could make his first league start of the season at Bloomfield Road having missed the first half of the campaign with a knee injury.
“I want to make up for lost time and finish the season on a high,” Teddy told iFollow Ipswich.
“It’s a bit like last year when I didn’t want the season to end. There are 11 games left and I want to be involved as much as I can in that time.
“If I can get a run of games, then that will help me find consistency and help with my confidence as well. The way I play, driving forward and taking the opposition on, taking risks - it helps when you have that confidence that comes with playing games.
“There is so much to play for, both for me and for the team. We are nine points off the automatic places but we haven’t given up on that. We want to finish the season as strongly as we can and see where it takes us.”
