Town midfielder on featuring regularly and Blues looking to turn things around
Emyr Huws says hard work is the answer if he is to re-establish himself as a regular first-team starter for Town, while also believing it's the key to Blues fixing their poor run of form.
The Welsh midfielder has been involved in 17 games for Paul Lambert's side this term, but has featured in just one of the last six outings for Town.
"I think complacency might have crept in but everyone is working very hard, and that's what we need to do to fix things," Emyr said.
"We showed good attitude at Wycombe on New Year's Day, much better than we have in recent weeks so we must make sure we build on that in the league.
"Confidence has also been an issue and we haven't capitalised when we've been on top in games. However a league win comes, we need it.
"Personally I want to do my bit too. I haven't been involved as much as I'd like recently and of course that's frustrating.
"We have a big squad and I need to perform consistently if I want to feature regularly rather than coming in and out. I need to work hard, just like we are as a team to try and get back to winning ways."
