Young Blues come from behind to start 2020 with a win
Town U23s beat Charlton 3-1 in a Professional Development League Two clash at Princes Park this afternoon.
Levi Andoh, on his first official appearance for the Club having signed for Town on 1 January, equalised for the visitors just after the hour mark after Charlton had the lead at half-time thanks to a free-kick from Junior Quitirna.
Armando Dobra then put the Young Blues in front in the 83rd minute when he curled into the far bottom corner with his right foot from the edge of the box.
Kai Brown (pictured) made sure of the three points when he tapped in at the back post in the dying stages.
Ben Morris also featured for Town as he continues to work his way back from an ACL injury suffered early last year.
Today's result means the U23s have now won their last two matches, with Gerard Nash and Chris Hogg's side next in action when they play Coventry City away from home on 27 January [kick-off 1pm].
Town: Przybek, Cotter, Andoh, Ndaba (C), O'Reilly, Dobra, McGavin, Hughes, El Mizouni, Morris, K Brown.
