Town hopeful on Emyr but other concerns ahead of Peterborough clash

Paul Lambert says Town have a few injury concerns ahead of the visit from Peterborough.

Josh Earl missed the game against Rotherham in midweek and is doubtful for Saturday, while Emyr Huws was forced off with an ankle problem in the second-half at the New York Stadium.

“There are a few doubts for the weekend,” the Town boss told iFollow Ipswich.

“Josh took a knock to his face in training the day before so he may not make it. We will see but if he’s out, it won’t be for long.

“Emyr took a knock on his ankle. We are hopeful but we will see how he is as well and Teddy’s got a niggle with his knee so there are a few concerns for us.”
