Danny back in full training this week after knee surgery
Danny Rowe has returned to full training ahead of Saturday’s game against Coventry.
The 27-year-old wideman has stepped up his recovery from knee surgery over recent weeks and is closing in on a return to first-team action.
His last appearance was ironically against Coventry in the FA Cup back in December before he underwent surgery to resolve a cartilage problem.
“Danny is getting closer now,” Town boss Paul Lambert told the Club website.
“Losing him was a blow because he was playing well at the time. He will give us another option when he’s ready.”
Kane Vincent-Young is also making good progress but has not returned to full training yet.
“He’s a naturally fit lad so when he’s back, it will only be game time that he will be missing,” added Paul.
