Boss pleased with aspects all over the pitch

Paul Lambert was delighted as Town continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 2-0 victory over Accrington Stanley.

The visitors pressed high and made it difficult for Blues in the first half, but goals from Gwion Edwards and Freddie Sears after the break saw the hosts run out deserved winners at Portman Road.

"I love the way we're playing at the moment," Paul told the Club website.

"I enjoy watching us. We might not win every game we play, but I enjoy watching us play.

"That's very important for me and I hope we continue that.

"We look strong defensively as well - the whole team. And then going forward the movement is good and we're moving the ball quickly.

"Accrington played well and made it difficult. They made it a very good game but we played well and got the job done."
