"If we stick with the game plan for the last four games then we should be alright"

Tomas Holy says that the positive start to the 2020/21 campaign feels different to last year.

Blues have picked up 10 points from their opening four League One games, conceding for the first time in the draw at MK Dons last weekend ahead of today's trip to Blackpool.

Town started last season similarly well results wise but the Czech goalkeeper is more confident this term due to the way the side are playing so far.

"For me, it’s even better than last season," Tomas told iFollow Ipswich. "We had a great run last season but at the start of this season, I feel so much more confident with the boys and the way we are playing.

"Last season we had an unbeaten run but we were fighting so hard for every point. We were struggling to create chances and score goals. This season, we dominate games and dominate the ball.

"If we stick with the game plan for the last four games - or including the cup games then the last six games - then we should be alright. There are 42 games to go so it’s a long way to go."
