"It’s massive credit to the boys in front of me" says Czech 'keeper

Tomas Holy paid tribute to the back four in front of him ahead of Town's away fixture at Blackpool tomorrow afternoon.

Blues make the trip to Bloomfield Road boasting the joint second best defensive record in League One alongside Sunderland, with Hull the only side in the third tier who are yet to concede a goal this term.

"We’ve kept three clean sheets in four games," Tomas told iFollow Ipswich. "Massive credit goes to the boys in front of me.

"Toto [Nsiala] and Willo [James Wilson] have been excellent in the centre of the defence. They’ve blocked a massive amount of shots and crosses.

"The back four and the team have all defended well. They make it easier for me. I feel really confident when the boys are in front of me. They make me feel confident and I try to make them feel confident."
