Update on compensation vouchers
The Club will be posting out the remaining season ticket compensation vouchers this week to fans that didn’t collect their vouchers from the Club.
It was the Club’s intention to post the vouchers out with season cards. However, following the latest Government announcement regarding supporters’ return to stadia, printing of season cards has now been put on hold to allow the vouchers to be posted on their own.
Vouchers can be spent in person at the Planet Blue superstore. They cannot be used online. However, if you’re not able to visit the Club shop, a mail order facility is available to supporters.
Should you wish to redeem your vouchers using mail order, simply post your vouchers plus a note including your order requirements (please ensure you list the product name, colour and size - all found on our website), plus your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address to;

Our colleagues will then assist in despatching your order as soon as possible, upon receipt. Please ensure that you allow for the relevant shipping costs within your payment. If you require making an additional payment on top of your gift voucher value, we will contact you to take this over the phone on the contact number provided.
The vouchers proved the most popular choice for compensation amongst season ticket holders after the Club’s 2019/20 season was curtailed early with five home games not played.
Blues added 25 per cent on top of the refund value of the five missed games for anyone who selected the voucher option as their compensation.
Season ticket holders who kindly chose to donate their compensation to the Club for use in the Academy or Community Trust received 50 per cent of their donation value in vouchers as a thank you.
