Live streaming details ahead of Rochdale visit
Season ticket holders are being encouraged to redeem and apply their unique iFollow codes to their account as soon as possible to avoid congestion on the day of the game.
Unique codes are assigned to season ticket holders which allows them to watch the game via iFollow.
For all home League games (unless the game is selected for Sky Sports coverage) season ticket holders will have a unique code assigned to them that must be applied to their iFollow account to enable them to watch the game for free.
Match passes for tomorrow's game are available for non-season ticket holders to purchase. They're priced at £10. To purchase a match pass, please click here.

HOW DO I FIND MY CODE?
To find your code, you need to visit the Club's ticketing website, here, and sign in using your supporter ID and password. Once you have signed in, click on your name at the top of the page and this will take you through to your dashboard where you will see your iFollow code on the left-hand side of the screen.
I'VE GOT MY CODE, NOW WHAT?
Either note down your code, or copy your code ready to paste. Vist the Club website and sign in to your iFollow account on the top-right of the screen.
Once signed in, click on the iFollow tab and then 'Next Match'. You'll then need to click on 'Buy a Video Match Pass'.
Scroll down to the box that says 'Apply Voucher Code' - now either paste in your code or type it in and click apply. Your £10 discount will now be applied.
WHY DO I HAVE TO ADD MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
You will still need to enter your payment details - either by debit card, credit card or PayPal. You will not be charged a penny. Click on 'Pay Now' and then you'll be taken to a screen which explains your registration is now complete. This is an EFL security system that they have in place for every club.
HOW DO I WATCH THE GAME?
From an hour before kick-off, you'll be able to click 'Watch Now'. To do this, you'll need to sign in to your iFollow account on the Club website, click on the iFollow tab, then click 'Next Match' and then you'll see the 'Watch Now' button.
WHICH BROWSER SHOULD I BE USING?
The EFL have a list of browsers that support the iFollow stream, click here to find out if the browser you're using is supportive.
WHY IS iFOLLOW TELLING ME THAT MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY IN USE?
If you've never registered with iFollow before, this will be because of the Wigan game being on Sky. The Club had to send over all email addresses of our season ticket holders to the EFL, so that they could essentially 'upgrade' season ticket holders to a VIP pass for the game as a one-off. As such, they will have created an iFollow account for you which is why you will receive the 'Email already registered' message.
To rectify this, you'll need to click 'Forget my Password' and follow the steps. Please note, the email regarding the reset of your password will come from EFL Digital and you will need to check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it.

CAN I CONTACT THE CLUB?
Yes, you can. We are recommending that fans visit the troubleshooting pages before contacting the Club as in most cases, the issue can be resolved by reading the information. The ticket office are available to call on 03330 050 503. They're also picking up emails on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The ticket office will be open from midday tomorrow, to help supporters with any issues regarding iFollow.
