Midfielder on Rochdale point

Alan Judge says today’s stalemate at Rochdale was a poor game all round, and admits Town need to get better in the final third of the pitch.

In a game of very few chances, Judge came closest to breaking the deadlock with a fierce drive in the first half that flashed just wide of Jay Lynch's post.

Blues pushed for the breakthrough after the restart. Substitute Josh Harrop was denied by a brilliant challenge from Jimmy Keohane.

The result leaves Town three points adrift of the Play-Off places going into the final eight fixtures.

“It was one of those games where nothing went right for either team,” Judgey told iFollow Ipswich.

“A poor game all round, but we need to be better going forward.

“We know we should be winning these games, but we go onto the next one.

“We have to keep going, we have to go into the game against MK Dons knowing we need to win.”
