Early arrival still encouraged
Saturday’s game against MK Dons will NO longer be an all-ticket match and supporters WILL be able to purchase up until kick-off.
With fans returning to stadiums - with no limit on attendance - for the first time in 17 months at the start of this season, the Club had put the all-ticket restriction in place in line with the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) recommendations.
However after consultation with SAG, it has now been agreed that tickets can be purchased for home games up until kick-off.
Tickets will only be available to purchase either online or from the matchday ticket office on Constantine Road on the day up until kick-off. No tickets will be sold on the turnstiles.
Supporters are strongly advised to purchase before matchday though where possible and also to arrive at Portman Road well ahead of kick-off.
All other Covid protocols remain in place, including supporters aged 11 or over required to provide proof on request of a NHS negative lateral flow test or full vaccination before entering the stadium.
The Club will accept vaccine cards or a photo of the card as proof of double vaccination. You may be asked to provide photographic ID (passport, driving license) as well. A bank card will be accepted as proof of ID if no photo ID available.
Please note that children under the age of 13 years will not need ID but their accompanying parent or guardian will have to validate their details.
