Blues pair out in the community

Town duo Rekeem Harper and Corrie Ndaba visited a Club summer camp at Portman Road this afternoon which is in partnership with Ipswich Borough Council.

The pair interacted with children who were enjoying a day full of mult-sport activities put on by coaches at Ipswich Town Community Trust.

After working up an apetitie, the children enjoyed a healthy lunch that is provided free of charge as part of the Club's partnership with Ipswich Borough Council.

Rekeem and Corrie then handed out autogrpah sheets, before presenting some participants with match tickets to Saturday's game against Morecambe.

Town midfielder, Rekeem Harper told the Club website about the importance of such visits: "It was really fun to take part in and surprise the kids. It was a great camp, especially as they have the free school meals included.

"We know how important getting out and about in the community, and we're all really happy to get involved."
