"The support has been amazing both home and away" says full-back ahead of AFC Wimbledon clash
Kane Vincent-Young is hoping that Town can reward the Blue Army for their fantastic support by picking up their first win of the season on Saturday.
The Blues are back at Portman Road this weekend, AFC Wimbledon visiting for a 3pm kick-off.
Kane, who missed the vast majority of last season through injury, has started all but one of the League One outings this term.
Asked how it felt to walk out in front of over 20,000 fans at Portman Road on the opening day, the full-back told iFollow Ipswich: "There’s nothing better. Not just at Portman Road but away from home as well. The crowds have been brilliant.
"I’ve really enjoyed getting back to it and getting fit. Now, we’re just looking for that elusive win which I’m sure is coming very soon.
"We want to give the supporters something to be happy about. Like I said, the support has been amazing both home and away. We’re working hard on the training pitch and nobody wants that win more than us so we are hoping it’ll come on Saturday."
