Macauley Bonne said he is "gutted" despite scoring both goals in this afternoon's draw with MK Dons.
The Town frontman opened the scoring with a fine left footed effort in the first half before restoring the Blues' lead in the second period following a Scott Twine free-kick.
Matt O'Riley salvaged a point for the visitors in an open game at Portman Road.
"I'm gutted because we should be winning the game," Macauley told iFollow Ipswich.
"Mistakes happen, though, and as soon as they stop I think we'll be fine. We need to cut them out, we know that.
"We'll take the positives forward and work on the negatives.
"I'm looking forward to seeing the goals back because I can't really remember the first. I just remember it hitting the back of the net and then I was hugging James Pullen [the Club's kitman].
"Then it was good work rom Scotty on the second. We're seeing partnerships forming on the pitch and he has a brilliant left foot.
"We'll work hard again this week and be ready for another home match next weekend."
