Follow the steps below to renew Hammers Trophy ticket
The Club can confirm that the free cup ticket offer, provided to supporters who have renewed their season ticket at the end of the 2020/21 season, will be redeemable for Town’s home fixture in the Papa John’s Trophy against West Ham United U21 on Tuesday, 14 September.
Supporters can begin to redeem their tickets from 10am today (Wednesday) up until 7.45pm (kick-off) on the day of the match.
Please note this is the only cup fixture this offer can be used on.
Season ticket cards cannot be used for access at the turnstiles.
If you are wishing to redeem more than one code in a single transaction, please simply make a note of both coupon codes and enter these in when at the basket stage.
Due to logistics and timescales, if you require your ticket to be sent out to you by post, you will need to have selected your seats by 2pm on Friday, 10 September.
In order to redeem this offer, please ensure you follow the step-by-step process set out below.
Step 1: Please access the Club’s ticketing website using this link - https://tickets.itfc.co.uk - or by clicking HERE. Please sign in using your Supporter ID and password and ensure that the Supporter ID you are entering matches the number on the back of your season ticket.
Step 2: Once signed in, you will need to access your profile in order to retrieve your coupon code. To do this, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will see this code displayed adjacent to "20/21 ST 1 x Free Cup Ticket vs West Ham." Please make a note of this code or copy it by highlighting the text, right clicking and selecting 'copy'.
Step 3: Upon retrieving your code, you will now be able to select your seats for this fixture. Please click on the 'Home Tickets' tab and then select 'Home Match Tickets'.
Step 4: This will then direct you to the following page. Please scroll down to 'Ipswich Town V West Ham U21’s' and click on the 'Buy' button highlighted in red.
Step 5: You will now be shown the Stadium map, which is where you will be able to select the block you would like to sit within for this match. The areas displayed in dark blue will be unavailable for this match.
Step 6: You will now be able to select the specific seats you would like to sit in for this game. When you are happy with your selection, please click on 'Add to Basket' (highlighted in red) in order to proceed.
Step 7: Your basket will now be shown. There is a box in which to enter your previously retrieved coupon code. Please enter this into the box and select 'Activate’. The price of your ticket will then be taken down to £0.00.
Step 8: Once you have successfully been able to reduce your ticket price down to £0.00, you will need to select your delivery option. This is either the 'PRINT AT HOME/MOBILE SCAN TICKETS' which means you have the option of printing off your own ticket, or a mobile e-ticket which is compatible on Smartphones, or the POST option. A reminder that if you would like to have your ticket posted out to you, you will need to have selected your seats by 2pm on Friday, 10 September. Please then click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 9: After clicking 'Proceed to Checkout', you will be directed to the basket summary screen, where you can check that everything is in order. You will need to read the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Supporter Code of Conduct before you are able to finalize this order. Upon selecting the tick box to say you have read and agree to both, you will be able to click on 'Submit'.
Step 10: Once you have clicked 'Submit' you will then be shown the following confirmation screen. A copy of this will be emailed to you. If you ordered via Print at Home/Mobile Scan Ticket, you will receive a confirmation email along with that ticket as a PDF attachment. This can either be scanned on the turnstile off a Smartphone, or alternatively printed at home. If you opted for your ticket to be sent to you by post, then this will be delivered to you in due course.
