Paul Cook has emphasised Town's intentions in the FA Cup this season and says he will field his strongest starting XI in tomorrow's tie with Barrow.

The Blues host the Bluebirds at Portman Road on Saturday afternoon, with a place in the third round at stake.

"We're desperate to be in the FA Cup," Paul said.

"We want to pick our strongest team - one that we feel will take us into the third round.

"I think our starting line-up indicates the intent in the competition. We should have won on Wednesday, and tomorrow is now an opportunity to finish the week on a high.

"This will be our third home game in a week. The plan was to win all three, but now we set our sights on winning two of the three.

"Tomorrow will be a tough game but it is one to look forward to. The prize of being in the third round is a fantastic one because it's what everyone wants. That's when things get really exciting, in the third round, watching the draw and seeing what David and Goliath ties come out."

Tickets for tomorrow's fixture remain on sale here, and can also be purchased from the Ticket Office on Constantine Road up until kick-off on the day of the game.
