Blues' youngsters enter final stages of fundraising effort
Town's Academy have raised £4,300 for East Anglian Children's Hospices as they enter the last week of their Walking Apart, Moving Together initiative.
The fundraising effort involves each age group from U9s through to U15s walking or jogging 4,000 miles between them in a month, which equates to each age group completing 40 miles a week.
So far, they have managed 3,336.7 miles, leaving the youngsters with six days (including today) to tot up the remaining 663.3 miles and reach their impressive target by Wednesday, 10 February.
Former Town player and Academy graduate, Darren Ambrose and his son, Harry who plays for Town's U10s, have been amongst the group who are out and about keeping active for a fantastic cause.
There's still plenty of time to donate and supporters can do so via the Just Giving page.
Keep an eye on social media as some of the participants will be posting photographs, screen shots and videos of their walks and runs.
