Paul Cook's side to open with home fixture against Premier League youngsters
Town will begin their 2021/22 Papa John's Trophy campaign at home to West Ham U21 on Tuesday, 14 September.
A trip to Gillingham on Tuesday, 5 October will follow before rounding off the Southern Group A fixtures with a home tie against Colchester on Tuesday, 9 November.
