Supporters can now purchase multiple tickets under one name

After listening to feedback from supporters, the Club have decided that fans will NO LONGER have to assign tickets to individual names when buying multiple match tickets for home games.

The initial process was put in place for Test and Trace purposes in line with Covid protocols but it has now been agreed that an individual can purchase multiple tickets under their name but they will take full responsibility for ‘their group’ and be in a position to pass on information for Test and Trace purposes if requested.

It also means that if a season ticket holder can’t attend a game, they can pass their ticket on to another individual without the need to contact the Club. The season ticket holder will take responsibility for providing Test and Trace information if needed though.

All home games are all-ticket and all other Covid protocols remain in place, so any person aged 11 or over will either be required to provide proof of a NHS negative lateral flow test (no longer than 48 hours prior to the event) or proof of full vaccination (with the second dose administered at least 14 days before the relevant match).

Photo ID will be required by ticket holders on entry to verify ‘Covid status’.

Please note that children under the age of 13 years will not need ID but their accompanying parent or guardian will have to validate their details.
