Defender set to miss Saturday's game
James Wilson is likely to miss this weekend's meeting with Wigan after having some fluid drained from his knee.
The central defender has been an ever-present for Town since returning from a spell on the sidelines for the home fixture with Oxford United last month, but is now a doubt for the clash at DW Stadium.
"Willo will struggle for the weekend," Town boss Paul Cook told iFollow Ipswich.
"He's had some fluid drained from his knee and I don't think he'll make the game."
Mark McGuinness is also likely to miss Saturday's game as he is on international duty with Republic of Ireland U21s, while Troy Parrott will definitely be absent as he is away with the Republic of Ireland senior squad.
