"His work rate is absolutely fantastic and the quality is there for everyone to see"
Matt Gill says Troy Parrott has had a brilliant impact at Town.
The Republic of Ireland international joined Blues on loan from Spurs in the January transfer window, with Town having lost just one of the seven games he has been involved in since arriving at Portman Road.
Although he is yet to find the back of the net for the Club, he has formed a strong partnership with fellow striker James Norwood, and Gilly believes he has also brought quality to the team in other areas.
"I'm desperate for Troy to get a goal but he's done so well for us," Blues' first-team coach, speaking after last night's 2-1 win away to Accrington Stanley, told iFollow Ipswich.
"His work rate is absolutely fantastic and the quality is there for everyone to see.
"I was really impressed with his performance again and he probably covered more ground than anyone.
"He works for the team which is great to see and can drop in deep but he also has quality when on the ball and around the box."
