Extra time for season ticket holders but mail order option available as well
The Club are extending the deadline for use of the cash vouchers - sent out as part of the compensation options for the early curtailment of the 2019/20 season - to the end of September.
Last year’s campaign ended with Blues still to play five home games so vouchers were offered to season ticket holders as one of several options for compensation and proved very popular.
Cash vouchers were also sent to season ticket holders as a ‘thank you’ to supporters who decided to donate their compensation fee to the Club’s Academy and Community Trust.
The vouchers, which can be used in person at Planet Blue, or on matchday at the ticket office or in the FanZone, were due to expire at the end of May but will now be accepted until September 30, 2021.
The Planet Blue store is expected to re-open on April 12 under Covid-secure guidelines but those with vouchers can also use the Club’s retail mail order service if required.
To do that, simply send your vouchers plus a note including your order requirements (please ensure you list the product name, colour and size - all found on the Planet Blue website), plus your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address to:

The retail team will then assist in despatching your order as soon as possible, upon receipt. Please ensure that you allow for the relevant shipping costs within your payment. If you are required to make an additional payment on top of your gift voucher value, the retail team will contact you to take this over the telephone. Please do not send cash through the post.
The cash vouchers can’t be used as payment on the Planet Blue online shop.
