Doubtful that England matches will be shown live on giant screens at Portman Road
The FanZone at Portman Road is unlikely to open for England games at this summer's European Championship.
Supporters were welcomed into the FanZone for The Three Lions' 2018 World Cup games and close to 8000 were on the fieldturf to see Gareth Southgate’s team take on Croatia in the semi-finals.
England face Croatia again, Scotland and the Czech Republic in the group stages of the Euros with Town initially planning to show the games on giant screens in the FanZone.
The restrictions in place for Covid-19 mean it’s very unlikely the FanZone will be open but it’s a situation the Club is monitoring and more information will follow nearer the time.
