"I believe I have goals in me, not just when playing further up the pitch"
Hayden Coulson is confident goals can be a part of his game, regardless of what position he's played in.
The full-back, who came back into the side against Plymouth on Saturday and was deployed in a right midifled role, spoke to the Club website about his return from injury and aims moving forward.
"I was pleased to be back in at the weekend, but obviously we wanted something from the game," Hayden said.
"I knew the position but it’s a bit different with the style of play here compared to Middlesbrough. I do know the right-wing role, though.
"There was the chance early on, so we were getting into good areas. It went through my mind to have a go but I heard the call from Macca [Macauley Bonne] who was in space. If that goes in, perhaps it's a different story.
"I believe I have goals in me, not just when playing further up the pitch, but also as a left-back. When you're flying forward, you do get chances now and again.
"I think about scoring and providing and I want to do that from any position.
"Saturday's match is further proof that win, lose or draw, you can take something from a game. We know it wasn't good enough, but if we take our chances then we really will benefit."
