"The support we’ve had this year has been frighteningly good"

Paul Cook hopes that the bumper crowds over Town's festive fixtures can help the Club and its supporters grow together.

The Club have announced a #PackOutPR campaign for the games against Sunderland (Saturday, 18 December), Wycombe (Wednesday, 29 December) and Lincoln (Saturday, 1 January) which sees all three matches incorporated into a reduced £40 bundle for adults.

All three games - for which reduced price individual tickets are also available - are now on general sale as the Club seeks to build an amazing atmosphere over the Christmas period at Portman Road.

"The atmosphere has been fantastic as it is," Town's boss told the Club website. "To see the atmosphere improve could only be a good thing.

"I can only compliment Ipswich Town fans, we get 90 minutes of support at Portman Road and that’s fantastic.

"The whole county is proud of Ipswich Town Football Club and the support we’ve had this year has been frighteningly good. If it can grow and our team can grow together, then it can only be good for our future.

"It’s fantastic for everyone and particularly for our younger supporters, we want to grow that in the town."
