"There were spells for both teams in the game but we had more clear-cut chances and kept going"
Conor Chaplin said a late equaliser against Sheffield Wednesday will help Town take some momentum into Tuesday's home affair with Doncaster Rovers.
The Blues forward fired in with just one minute remaining following smart work from Macauley Bonne to rob the ball from Wednesday's Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
"I think a point is the least we deserved, most people would agree," Conor told iFollow Ipswich.
"Getting an equaliser is big for momentum; to the players and the fans.
"There were spells for both teams in the game but we had more clear-cut chances and kept going.
"Macca [Macauley Bonne] was excellent for the goal and it was really good from Scott Fraser as well. If there's anyone you want with the ball there it's probably Scotty as you're confident he can find you.
"I'm pleased to be up and running for the Club and I'm looking forward to Tuesday's game with Doncaster."
