Biggest attendance of the season as spoils are shared at Portman Road
Conor Chaplin scored in the 89th minute as Town came from behind to draw against Sheffield Wednesday.
Paul Cook made two changes to the side who won at Lincoln last weekend, Matt Penney and Idris El Mizouni replacing Hayden Coulson and Lee Evans respectively.
Bersant Celina made his second home debut for Town while Macauley Bonne was named as captain for his hometown Club.
The stand-in skipper had a golden opportunity to open the scoring inside the opening three minutes after latching onto a ball over the top of Wednesday's defence but the striker shot straight at the body of Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
Town went close again shortly afterwards, Wes Burns beating a man and racing into the box before his low cross was just out of the reach of Bonne.
The two combined on 18 minutes as Burns prodded in after Bonne had flicked on a Scott Fraser cross, but the goal was ruled out for being offside.
Vaclav Hladky was called into action for the first time just over five minutes later, the Czech 'keeper well-positioned to claim Lee Gregory's left-footed effort from the edge of the area.
There was nothing Hladky could do a few moments later, however, as Sheffield Wednesday took the lead. Against the run of play, Dennis Adeniran's looping effort from inside the D found the top corner.
Town continued to dominate the play but found chances hard to come by, El Mizouni curling over the frame of the goal late in the half.
Wednesday threatened a second goal at the other end after the break, Saido Berahino heading a corner across the six-yard box that Town cleared before Sam Hutchinson could touch home.
A defensive mix-up presented the Blues with their next chance but Bonne could only fire straight at Peacock-Farrell from a narrowing angle.
Town kept on pushing for the equaliser as Bonne saw his low shot deflected marginally wide of the bottom corner after slick build-up play from Tom Carroll and Fraser, Cameron Burgess heading off target moments later.
Town equalised with just over a minute of normal time remaining. Peacock-Farrell dropped the ball at his feet, unaware that Bonne was behind him. The striker nipped in front of Wednesday's 'keeper before laying the ball off to Fraser. Fraser unselfishly played the ball across to Chaplin who had the simple job of tucking into the back of the net from close range.
The Blues could've won it in stoppage time after breaking away but Rekeem Harper's shot was comfortably saved by Peacock-Farrell.
